They are based on information given to us by the owners and on our own superficial inspection and so their accuracy is not guaranteed nor do they constitute an offer or term of contract. Brokerage Sales are made by us acting on behalf of the present owners and no undertaking or recommendation as to condition or fitness is given by us. Brokerage boats are therefore sold without warranty on a “Condition as seen” basis and purchasers are advised to satisfy themselves that the boat is satisfactory in respect to both condition and purpose. Please note that the services provided by the Marina are not included in the price of the boat but are chargeable at our normal rates.
